Anvil Menifee

The Anvil Ministries Menifee Chapter opened in June 3rd 2016. Come join us as we press on into what it means to be a man, how to better connect with God, and others.

We recommend starting with a Friday night Forge meeting. It is a great place to get connected, experience a little of what Anvil is all about, and get to know some of the men.

If you are looking for something a little more ask about our Phase programs. Phases are similar to a men’s retreat, but spread out over 6 weeks to give men the best opportunity for real life change/application. Phase 1 and 2 of Anvil’s Being Men series is loosely based on, and builds upon the book Wild at Heart by John Eldredge. You will experience weekly challenges, hands on learning exercises, and becoming the man God made you to be.

This is not another Bible Study. It is not another accountability group, or a pancake fellowship breakfast. There is nothing wrong those things, but as men we need something else, something more. We need permission to be who God made us to be.

Anvil Ministries’ Phases require a commitment of 6 weeks. That means if you choose to do this, we as a group expect you (and need you) to walk in integrity through fulfilling your commitment to attend each week, and participate both inside and outside of our meeting times. Make it a priority. If you complete Phase 1 and 2 you will have earned a Legacy Card, and can participate in the other Phases Anvil offers on Leadership, Sex, and God’s call on your life.

For Phase 1 and 2 you will need a pen and notebook. If you do not already have one, they will be provided. We will lead discussions and set individual challenges throughout each part of the series. A meal and drinks will also be provided each meeting.

If you have ever wondered what you’re made of, if you have what it takes, and how to be the man God has called you to be – then come. If you would like to experience God in a new way – come and walk with other men on a journey to explore, and live out authentic masculinity.
